We have also attracted and retained many employees that have been in the industry for many years prior to joining our company. As we have grown our experienced employees have trained our new employees. We strive to be the most experienced company in the industry we serve. Personnel in these positions often live in areas 25 to 50 miles or more surrounding the office location. We attempt to recruit personnel in surrounding areas to more adequately respond to our customers and to minimize driving time for our employees.
